Please be sure to contact the hotel’s customer service in advance and check in online on the hotel’s website. The staff will prepare the documents and vehicle for check-in at the hotel on the pick-up day. After arriving at the airport and picking up your luggage, please call 64 9 275 4540. Please inform the staff on the phone that you are a passenger of EZU Car Rental and the name of the driver. Please wait for the shuttle bus in the pick-up area according to the guidance. Please provide your driver's license at the front desk, and then you can pick up the car and set off.
