Arriving at Terminal 1: The Rental counter is located in the Transit Hub on level 3. From the baggage claim area, go down one level to Ground Transportation and take the Rental Car Tram to the Car Rental Building. Take the escalator or elevator to level 3 and follow signs to Rental Counter. Arriving Terminal 2: Upon arrival at Terminal 2 from baggage claim area take the skyway to the Ground Transportation Building. Take the escalator down one level. The ACE Counter will be located to your right. Our ACE staff will direct you to our ACE Shuttle Van right outside from our counter.
