Exit customs and baggage claim and proceed to the exit. An agent will meet the customer at the arrivals gate with their name on a Alamo/National board. The customer will then be directed to the shuttle to take them to the rental office. At the rental office they will obtain the rental agreement and vehicle keys. On return, take the vehicle to the place where the inspection was made. The customer will then receive transportation back to the airport.
