Walk straight ahead and head left around the central reservation area. 2. Continue straight towards the end of the vestibule. Before reaching the exit doors, turn left. 3. You will find our office on your left, where you can obtain your rental agreement. **Directions from the Terminal Office to the Pick-Up Office:** 1. After receiving your rental agreement, you will see the entrance to ‘Car Park C,’ painted red, directly in front of our office. 2. Take the elevator or stairs down to floor 1 of the car park. 3. On this floor, you will find the Record Go office, where you can pick up the keys to your vehicle. ------------------- **Directions for Picking Up Your Rental Vehicle at T2, Barcelona Airport with Record Go** **Instructions for Obtaining Your Rental Agreement:** 1. Exit the T2B luggage collection hall and enter the arrivals vestibule. 2. You’ll find our office directly in front of you, slightly to the left. 3. In this office, you can obtain your rental agreement. **Directions from the Terminal Office to the Pick-Up Office:** 1. After obtaining your rental agreement, exit the terminal through the first door on your right. 2. Once outside, go straight ahead and turn right towards the pedestrian crossing. 3. Cross the pedestrian crossing, and you will find the Record Go collection spaces (40-75).

**Directions to the Drop-Off Office in the Car Park** 1. Follow the ‘car rental’ signs to the vehicle entrance of the Terminal 1 car park. 2. Enter the car park, turn right, and continue straight to the end of the corridor. 3. Make a 180º turn and continue straight until you reach the end of the corridor. Here, you will find the ramp to the first floor. 4. Once on the first floor, turn right and continue straight to the end of the corridor, where Zone C is indicated by red columns. 5. Turn right and park the vehicle in one of the Record Go drop-off spaces, marked in red on the map. 6. After parking, go to the Record Go drop-off office and hand the vehicle key to the properly identified Record Go staff. **Please Note:** If you are returning the vehicle outside of office hours (check the timetable in Point 9 of the General Terms and Conditions), deposit the vehicle’s keys in the key mailbox at the Record Go drop-off office. ---------------------- **Directions to the Drop-Off Office in the Car Park** 1. Follow the CAR RENTAL signs towards the entrance of Terminal 2 parking. 2. After passing the first barrier, you will come to a roundabout. 3. Follow the CAR RENTAL sign to reach the second barrier. 4. Turn left and then right at the last lane. Continue straight until you reach the end of the parking area. 5. You will find the RECORD GO parking spaces (1-40) there. 6. Park your car in one of these spaces. 7. Once parked, go to the Record Go drop-off office and hand the vehicle key to the properly identified Record Go staff. **Please Note:** If returning the vehicle outside of office hours (check the timetable in Point 9 of the General Terms and Conditions), deposit the vehicle’s keys in the key mailbox at the Record Go drop-off office.
