From Terminal 1: from Gates A, B, C, D, E, F, please proceed to Gate 3. Once you exit the gate, please continue towards the ground parking area but cross the road in front of you three times. Afterwards you will see 4 elevators on your left hand-side. Please get into one of the elevators and head to the Basement Level 1 (B1). When you arrive at Basement 1, please exit the elevator and wait for us in the A14 are of the parking lot. We will be there with your vehicle. From Terminal 2: From Gates A and B walk toward Gate 1 and exit the terminal. Cross the street twice and walk towards the left-hand side where you see a “Pick-Up” sign. We will be there waiting with your vehicle.
