Car Rental Pickup Instructions The Penang Airport location is situated at Counter 5 in the Car Rental center within the terminal. Please proceed to the airport counter marked Galaxy Asia Car. After collecting your luggage, turn right at Door 6 in the arrivals hall and walk straight to find the rental counter. For pickups outside of business hours, please contact the location in advance. An additional fee of MYR 80 will be charged for pickups between 19:00 and 21:59, MYR 150 for pickups between 22:00 and 23:59, and MYR 250 for pickups between 00:00 and 07:59. The location operates normally on holidays. Tips: To make returning your car easier, please ask the staff about the return process when you pick up your vehicle!
