Airport Terminal Instructions COUNTER: Airline passengers: Proceed out of main doors in baggage claim area and walk towards the rental car center. Walk-ups: Follow signs to rental car return area. Enter the rental car center to the Budget counter. CARS: Vehicles are in immediately outside the rental car center. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Customers should pull the car in between the blue cones in the C/D row of the rental lot, park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & the keys in the Budget key drop box located on the side of the rental building. Remember to take your personal belongings with you. Customers can go inside the building and get checked in by our rental counter until 1AM. The office does not open until 7AM, however, there is someone in the lot at 5AM in the morning to check the car in.

Driver's licenses printed in a non-Roman alphabet (such as Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc.) must be accompanied by an International Driving Permit.
Original South Korea Driving License (English version)
An English translation must be provided on the back of the driver's license.
