AVR/ACE Facility Directions for Local Renters and for Returning Customers. Updated IAH Local Renter Directions AVR is located inside the Rocket Parking Facility. Driving west on Will Clayton Pkwy towards IAH, look for the blue Rocket Parking signs. Turn right into the 2nd driveway. Advise staff you are an AVR customer. Once inside lot, turn left and drive all the way down towards the 2 story building at the far west end of the lot.
