Christchurch: When you are ready to pick up the car, please call our service hotline at 0800 660 600 (within New Zealand) or +64 9600 6660 (international). We strongly recommend adding our customer service WeChat ID: arentalsnz. We provide free airport shuttle service during business hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:30-18:00. Free shuttle service hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:30-17:30. If you arrive at the pick-up point outside of the free shuttle service hours, which is from 18:31 to 8:29 the next day, a surcharge of 65 New Zealand dollars will be applied. (This surcharge includes the pick-up service). Terminal: After collecting your luggage, contacting the customer service, and informing the number of companions, proceed to the shuttle waiting area outside Gate 2. The store is approximately a 5-minute drive from the airport. Important notes: If you have a non-English driver's license, you must provide a valid English translation document from a translation agency recognized by the New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA). Depending on your insurance type, we will pre-authorize a deposit of 100 to 1000 New Zealand dollars on the main driver's credit card (Visa or Mastercard only).
