After collecting your luggage at Tampa Airport, take the tram to the Car Rental Center. Follow signs to "Public Bus / Off-Airport Car Rentals" and take the elevator to Level 1. Wait near the "Drop-Off and Pick-Up" sign for the Car Rental Consolidated Shuttle. Please call +1 305-833-8765 or +1 8007811023 to request the shuttle service. We share shuttle bus with Advantage Car Rental. *Prior to your vehicle pickup, should you have any concerns, kindly contact us on WhatsApp: +1 (818) 574-3187, or via cs@yesaway.com; *If you use your own vehicle insurance, only policies from Liberty Mutual, Geico, State Farm, Progressive, USAA, Esurance, Farmers, AAA, Nationwide, Travelers, All State, or Erie are accepted. If you are unsure whether your insurance is acceptable, please contact us in advance. *Unlimited mileage does not apply to local renters (Florida Residents). Mileage is restricted to 100 miles per day. For local renters, a minimum hold of $2,000.00 USD is required on credit card.
