All renters go to baggage claim. COUNTER: AIRLINE PASSENGERS: Located in the terminal near baggage claim. COUNTER: WALK-UP RENTERS: Traveling on I-495: take Exit 19A (US-50) towards Annapolis. Merge onto US-50E towards Ocean City. From US-50E, turn slight left onto Salisbury Bypass. Take US-50E ramp towards Ocean City. Merge onto US-50 BR E. Then, US-50 BR E becomes US-50E. Stay straight to go onto Hobbs Road. Turn left onto MD-350. Turn right onto Airport Road. Follow airport signs for "Arrivals" or "Baggage Claim". This will lead to the baggage claim area entrance. Location is inside Salisbury/Wicomico County Airport. Proceed inside to the Avis counter. CARS: Located outside baggage claim. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. AFTER HOURS RETURNS: Rental vehicle must be returned during office hours. NOTE: Some locations may have a key drop available. If the customer chooses to leave the vehicle, the customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages the vehicle may have incurred during after hours) until the contract can be closed on the following business day. If the location does not have a key drop box, the location does not permit vehicles to be left after closing hours. The customer should never lock the keys inside the car. The customer will be charged a fee for a locksmith to unlock the vehicle.
