Please exit the duty-free area. Follow car rental signage to the baggage claim area. Firefly counter is inside the terminal in front of baggage collection belts. Next to Hertz’s counter. The Firefly counter is located in the arrivals terminal. Any customer who does not arrive by flight can present their rental voucher at terminal security to be granted access to the terminal and to reach the Firefly counter. If you do not present the rental voucher at security, please proceed to floor +1 of the terminal parking lot. When returning the vehicle, there is a grace period of 29 minutes. If you take longer than 29 minutes after your designated return time to drop off the vehicle, you will be charged for an additional day of rental.
